Location is a dream! Just a hop from Pimlico station, with killer spots like Khallouk & Taylor and Pimlico Tandoori nearby to chow down at. The staff were super chill and friendly, making everything feel a bit more cozy.

Mind the stairs! No lift here, so schlepping your bags is a bit of a trek. The carpets in the common areas could use some TLC, and the shower setup was dodgy with a broken attachment – not fun.

I loved that the hotel was just a short stroll to Buckingham Palace, and it was easy to walk to Hyde Park for some fresh air and beautiful scenery, making it a perfect base for sightseeing in the heart of London. While the room was quite small and could use some updates, the friendly reception staff made check-in easy and welcoming.

The location was quite convenient, just a five-minute walk from Pimlico Station, making it easy to get around. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, but the shower room reeked of bleach, making for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the so-called continental breakfast only offered muesli and yogurt, which was misleading and disappointing. Overall, while it had its positives, the negatives significantly overshadowed the experience.

my stay at this hotel was great! the room was spacious and clean, way better than my last experience in london. i was pleasantly surprised by the kind service, especially being on this honeymoon trip.

Great quiet area, comfy bed, but no elevator made it hard with bags.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore many nearby attractions such as Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. The room was super cute and the bed was comfy, which made our stay quite pleasant. We also appreciated the adjustable height of the shower head, a nice touch especially for someone tall like my husband.

The reception staff were remarkable, providing timely self-check-in instructions after our delayed flight. The room was tidy and had a warm atmosphere that created a cozy environment.

Comfortable bed, great shower, the bed in our standard double room was excellent for a restful night, and the shower had good pressure along with included toiletries.
