perfect for exploring iconic landmarks and relaxing park views
I stayed here for a night and loved that it was just a short stroll to Buckingham Palace and only a bit farther to reach the beautiful scenery of Hyde Park, providing an easy way to see the city's highlights while enjoying lovely outdoor spaces.

convenient location, decent room size, ground floor accommodation
Needs proper maintenance!!! Broken fixtures, excessive wait times for water heating, and dim lighting throughout the premises suggest a lack of investment in upgrades. A disappointing experience overall!!!

It was just a strong match for a brief stop-in in London with great value. The breakfast was satisfactory, which helped start the day right. Request a room on a lower floor if stairs are an issue.

Would be happy to recommend for a short-term stay
Comfortable bed, great shower, the bed in our standard double room was excellent for a restful night, and the shower had good pressure along with included toiletries.
Can’t think of anything without adding further information.

missingWrote a review on Jul 15great locationfriendly staffno elevator access
Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the British Museum and grabbed great food near the Thames. The location is perfect for sightseeing, and the ability to leave our luggage made it easy for us to explore without dragging our bags around.
One downside was the lack of an elevator. we had to deal with a lot of stairs to reach our room, which wasn't ideal for some of our friends.

missingWrote a review on Jul 03central locationbright loungedated rooms
Conveniently located just a short walk from Victoria Station with easy access to public transport, making it simple to navigate the city. Facilities include a bright lounge area with large glass windows that allows for a relaxed space to unwind after exploring.
The absence of an elevator means a lot of stairs, which can be a hassle if you're lugging heavy bags. Rooms appear dated, with uncomfortable beds that make getting a good night's sleep a challenge, and while clean, the carpets show some stains from wear and tear. Some bathrooms are in need of updating, and specific issues like blocked drains can impact your experience.
